Set of 3 Gerstaecker Excellence Linen Canvases made from 100% Belgian linen, 460gsm. Gerstaecker Excellence canvases are ideal for oil and acrylic painting. They have a medium grain.

This premium canvas set contains 3 side-nailed Gerstaecker Excellence canvases in sizes: 41 x 33cm, 46 x 38cm and 55 x 64cm.

2 coats of skin based glue are applied to the canvas first, this traditional method using warm rabbit skin glue guarantees perfect ageing of the canvas. 2 coats of universal primer complete the process, making Gerstaecker Excellence linen a superior quality canvas. The finish makes it easy to paint on and the paint adheres well, no matter what technique you use the colours are excellently rendered. The canvas is tacked on the side of the frame and stapled at the back.
